Unemployment up
10% of the pot for every 0.1 point, up to half of it, goes to holders in SOL within the hour.
0.0000SOL at +0.1
Every jobs report, the first number the Bureau of Labor Statistics printed for the month, and what the rule did with it. Later revisions are ignored.
New claims for unemployment benefits, first print, every Thursday at 08:30 ET. A week 10% or more above the average of the four before it sends 2% of the pot to holders early.
Paste a Solana wallet to see what the keeper saw in its hourly checks over the last seven days, and what the next payout would mean for it.
The whole rule in plain words. This is a rule of a coin, not insurance: there is no policy to buy, no claim to file and nobody to call.
$UUI's creator fees wait in a pot. Each time the US government publishes the unemployment rate, one fixed rule decides what happens to it. The statistic moves the money, not the dev.

0.0000SOL at +0.1
Nothing moves. The pot keeps filling and waits for the next report.
0.0000SOL
5% of the pot buys $UUI on the market and burns it. The insurer keeps the premium.

Nothing to sign up for. At payout time a public blockhash picks three of the last 168 hourly checks; every wallet with $20 or more in all three shares the payout, at most 2% each.

$UUI is a coin on Solana launched on pump.fun. Its creator fees are collected into one wallet, the pot. A program we call the keeper reads two official US statistics and moves the pot by a rule written here, the same rule every time. Nobody decides case by case.
It is not insurance. There is no contract with you, no claim to file, no promise of any amount. If unemployment never rises, the pot never pays out.
The coin's creator fees build up on the launch wallet. They are forwarded by hand to the pot wallet. The keeper splits every arrival the moment it lands:

On the day the Bureau of Labor Statistics publishes the Employment Situation (usually the first Friday of the month, 08:30 ET), the keeper reads the unemployment rate (series LNS14000000, U-3, seasonally adjusted) and compares it with the first print of the month before.
change = new first print - last first print
up +0.1 -> 10% of the pot to holders
+0.2 -> 20%
+0.5 -> 50% (never more than half)
same 0.0 -> nothing, the pot waits
down -0.1
or less -> 5% of the pot buys $UUI, burned
Only the first number printed for a month counts. Revisions published later, including January's yearly ones, are ignored, so a past decision can never be reopened.
Every Thursday at 08:30 ET the Department of Labor publishes initial claims for unemployment insurance (series ICSA). If a week's first print is 10% or more above the average of the first prints of the four weeks before it, 2% of the pot goes to holders the same morning. Two signals are never less than 14 days apart.
It is meant to be rare. In the 26 weeks before $UUI that can be checked (April to October 2026) it would never have fired; the biggest gap was +7.8%.
A payout is plain SOL sent to each covered wallet, in batches, within an hour of the release. You do not claim anything. Shares smaller than 0.0001 SOL stay in the pot, and so does a share too small to open a wallet that holds no SOL at all (the network's minimum is about 0.00065 SOL).
A burn is a swap of SOL for $UUI through Jupiter into the pot wallet, followed by a token burn of everything it bought.
The pot pays the network fee of its own transactions, well under a tenth of a cent each.
Every decision is a memo transaction from the pot wallet: the release, the old and new value, the rule applied, the amount, the drawn slot and the SHA-256 of the full payout list. Each batch carries its own memo. The hourly check files and payout lists are published next to them, so anyone can recompute the result.

Dates come from the official calendars. If a release does not appear (a government shutdown, a moved date), the keeper waits for it and the site says so. Nothing is decided on a guess. A month that is never published, like October 2025, is skipped: the next reading is compared with the last one that exists.
